There are two ways you can be part of Christmas Eve activities: walking and riding.
You can volunteer in the streets of Christchurch, or join the Christmas Eve Volunteer Service.
These services are run by Christchurch Community Volunteers and take people out to the streets and get them out of their homes.
If you are planning to go on holiday this year, you should check with the local councils about their holiday activities, and if you are looking for holiday accommodation, contact your local council.
Christmas Eve volunteers are provided with an empty cardboard box for a Christmas Eve meal.
There is a small donation to the charity and a small gift to the local council, which helps to cover the cost of running the services.
