The world is watching: ‘We’ll be back’: The world’s biggest tech company faces legal battles over the treatment of vets

A tech giant is facing legal battles after the United States government sued it over its treatment of veterans.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs says it has filed a lawsuit alleging that Facebook, which has more than 100 million active users, violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by not providing proper care for veterans.

Facebook has denied the allegations, and has said that the company has no plans to address the VA’s allegations.

The case is in the U.K. and is currently pending in the Northern District of California.

In a statement, Facebook said that it has “never and will never, in our business or in our operations, discriminate on the basis of disability or any other protected characteristic, and we are taking this matter seriously.”

The company says it is committed to improving its care for our veterans and is cooperating fully with the VA.

The company also says it takes allegations of mistreatment of veterans very seriously and will investigate the allegations.
